- When do I register?
Between 27 January to 31 January 2025
- How do I get NSFAS?
By applying directly to NSFAS via their website (www.nsfas.org.za)
- What does conditional offer mean?
It means you partially meet the requirements, subject to your final matriculation results
- I received a firm offer what do I do now?
You will receive a communique that will direct you to the next step
- Must I come to campus to register?
No
- How do I send my documents?
An email address will be provided for you to send your documents
- How do I do change of mind?
Through CAO
- I have applied through CAO and have not received any response, what shall I do?
Wait for the University to communicate with you
- How do I apply for accommodation?
After you have registered academically apply online via the University website
- Will the University accept walk-ins?
No
- I have received a firm offer but I don’t have a student number?
You will receive a communique from the University giving you your student number
- I met all the requirements but I was not accepted, what is the reason?
Spaces are limited, the programme was full
- When do lectures begin?
Monday, 10 February 2025
- I have a bursary; does this also cover the registration fee?
Yes
- I have the minimum registration fee, but may not have the tuition fees. Is there help available to me, once I am inside the University?
Yes, if you apply to NSFAS and are successful
- I have applied via the CAO, what happens if I decide to change my studies after registration? Do I have to re-apply via CAO?
No

Download the payment plan form from the website and send it to Finance with relevant documents
- Who do I contact to do a payment plan?

Yes
- If I forget my pin what do, I do?
You can reset your pin on iEnabler
- How do I register?
Go to the Registration webpage (www.reg.unizulu.ac.za)
- Can I register if I am owing fees?
No
- How do I get residence?
If you qualify, you will be able to book online
- When is modification?

- How do I get unblocked for NSFAS?
